Education

Hartley Higher Secondary School and Hartley Public School delivers quality education to Over 1500 students, creating bright citizens for the country situated at Sarat Bose Road, Kolkata. A branch of Hartley Higher Secondary School is also currently operating from our Garcha Road campus. Upcoming projects include a “state of art” ‘Hartley School’ to accommodate 2000 plus students at Siliguri, West Bengal.

Little Hartley Schools (Montessori) have been set up at Garcha (opposite Hazra Law College) and at Beliaghata. A new branch is expected to be operative from the next academic year based at our Sarat Bose Road campus.

Tea

Longview Tea Estate covers 1000 hectares and is the largest tea estate in Darjeeling, in terms of production. The company controls about. 10% of the market. The estate also produces Organic Darjeeling Tea. Green Tea is produced at Nischintapur Tea Estate, Matigara, and CTC Tea at Singhia Jhora Tea Estate, Bagdogra and Toorsa T. E. Dalsingpara, Jalpaiguri. The total poduction at these gardens would be around 14 lac kgs. per annum.
